At DigiNeev, we are committed to providing you with a valuable and enriching learning experience. We have designed our refund policy to be straightforward and transparent.

Our 10-Day Refund Window

We offer a 10-day period for you to request a refund. You are eligible for a full refund of the course fee if you submit a refund request within the first 10 calendar days from the official start date of your training program.

The course start date is the date of the first live class or the date you are given access to the course materials, whichever comes first.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, you must send a written email to our support team at academy@digineev.com with the subject line “Refund Request.” Please include your full name, the name of the course you enrolled in, and the date of enrollment.

After 10 Days

Refund requests will not be accepted after 10 calendar days from the course start date. We believe this provides ample time to evaluate the course and make an informed decision.

Refund Processing

Once we receive your request within the 10-day window, our team will review it. Approved refunds will be processed within 15-20 business days and credited back to your original method of payment.

Non-Refundable Fees

Please note that any registration fees or taxes paid at the time of enrollment are non-refundable.
