If so, DigiNeev wants you!We're looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Website Design and Development Trainer to join our growing team. At DigiNeev, we do more than just teach; we build the foundation (Neev) for our students' careers in the digital world. You'll play a crucial role in shaping the next generation of web developers, guiding them from the basics to building professional-grade websites.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Engaging Training Sessions: Deliver hands-on, interactive training to students on a wide range of web design and development topics, including HTML, CSS, JavaScript, WordPress, and user experience (UX) design.
- Develop and Update Course Material: Keep our curriculum fresh, relevant, and exciting. You'll create and refine lesson plans, projects, and assessments to ensure our students are learning the most in-demand skills.
- Mentor and Guide Students: Provide one-on-one support and mentorship to students, helping them overcome challenges, build their portfolios, and prepare for job interviews. Your guidance will be key to their success.
- Assess Student Progress: Conduct regular assessments, review projects, and provide constructive feedback to help students grow their skills and confidence.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Keep up with the latest industry trends, tools, and technologies in web design and development to ensure our training is always top-notch.
Skills:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in website design and development. You should have a strong portfolio of websites you've built.
- Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Expertise in the WordPress platform (theme customization, plugin development, etc.).
- A solid understanding of responsive design, UX/UI principles, and SEO best practices.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Figma is a plus.
- Teaching Ability: Previous experience as a trainer or teacher is a huge advantage, but a genuine passion for teaching and mentoring is a must.
- Communication Skills: You must be fluent in both English and Hindi to communicate clearly and effectively with our diverse student base.
What We Offer:
- Position: Full-Time
- Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month, based on your experience and skills.
