Job Summary:
We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Career Counsellor to join our student success team. At DigiNeev, we believe in building a strong foundation (Neev) for every student's career. As a Counsellor, you will be the first point of contact for aspiring learners, playing a vital role in understanding their goals and guiding them to the perfect course that will transform their lives.
Responsibilities:
- Advise and Guide Prospective Students: Engage with potential students through phone, email, and in-person meetings to understand their career aspirations, background, and challenges.
- Provide In-Depth Course Information: Clearly explain the curriculum, benefits, and career outcomes of our Digital Marketing, AI, and Machine Learning courses.
- Help Students Make the Right Choice: Act as a trusted advisor, helping students select the program that best aligns with their skills and ambitions.
- Manage the Admissions Process: Assist students with the enrollment and admission formalities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Follow up with prospective and current students to offer support, answer questions, and ensure they feel valued and understood throughout their journey with us.
- Achieve Enrollment Targets: Contribute to the team's goals by effectively communicating the value of DigiNeev's training and helping driven students join our community.
Skills:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in academic counselling, career counselling, or a similar advisory role, preferably in the education or ed-tech sector.
- Exceptional People Skills: You must be empathetic, patient, and an outstanding communicator. Your ability to build trust and rapport is crucial.
- Goal-Oriented: A proactive and self-motivated individual with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi are essential.
- A Passion for Education: A genuine interest in technology and a belief in the power of education to change lives.
What We Offer:
- Position: Full-Time
- Salary: ₹30,000 - ₹50,000 per month, including performance-based incentives.
