Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to spearhead our marketing efforts. At DigiNeev, our goal is to build a strong foundation (Neev) for our students' careers, and we need an expert marketer to share our story with the world. You will be responsible for developing and executing innovative marketing strategies that boost our brand presence, attract new students, and establish DigiNeev as a leader in digital education.
Responsibilities:
- Develop & Execute Marketing Strategy: Design and implement comprehensive marketing plans across all channels (digital and offline) to achieve student enrollment targets and business growth.
- Manage Digital Presence: Oversee all our digital marketing channels, including SEO/SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertising (PPC) to increase our online visibility and generate leads.
- Create Compelling Content: Lead the creation of engaging content, including blog posts, social media updates, videos, webinars, and brochures that resonate with our target audience.
- Analyze and Optimize: Measure and report on the performance of all marketing campaigns using tools like Google Analytics. Use data-driven insights to optimize strategies for better results.
- Brand Management: Act as the guardian of the DigiNeev brand, ensuring consistent and positive messaging across all platforms.
- Lead Generation & Nurturing: Develop and manage a robust lead generation funnel, from initial awareness to final conversion, ensuring a steady stream of prospective students.
Skills:
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years of proven experience in a marketing role, preferably within the education or tech industry. You should have a portfolio of successful campaigns you have managed.
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics, SEO tools like SEMrush/Ahrefs).
- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, and social media strategy.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM tools is a plus.
- Strategic Mindset: You are an excellent planner with the ability to see the big picture and translate marketing ideas into tangible results.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both English and Hindi.
What We Offer:
- Position: Full-Time
- Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month, based on your experience and the results you can deliver.
