Job Summary:
We are looking for a brilliant and dedicated AI and Machine Learning Trainer to join our forward-thinking team. At DigiNeev, we are committed to building a solid foundation (Neev) for our students' futures in technology. As our AI/ML expert, you will demystify the world of intelligent systems and empower students to build groundbreaking solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Lead High-Tech Training Sessions: Deliver expert-led, hands-on training on core AI and ML concepts, including supervised and unsupervised learning, neural networks, natural language processing (NLP), and computer vision.
- Master the Technology: Guide students through the practical application of key programming languages and libraries such as Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Scikit-learn.
- Develop a Cutting-Edge Curriculum: Design, build, and update our AI and Machine Learning course content. You'll create real-world projects and case studies that keep our curriculum at the forefront of the industry.
- Mentor Future Innovators: Provide one-on-one mentorship to students, helping them navigate complex algorithms, debug code, and develop their own AI-powered projects.
- Assess and Validate Skills: Evaluate student projects, conduct assessments, and provide insightful feedback to ensure they grasp the theoretical knowledge and practical skills needed to succeed in the field.
Skills:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience working on AI and Machine Learning projects. A strong portfolio of your work or a link to your GitHub profile is essential.
- Expert-level knowledge of Python and its data science ecosystem (NumPy, Pandas, etc.).
- Deep practical experience with major ML frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- A strong grasp of fundamental algorithms, data structures, and statistical principles.
- Experience in areas like deep learning, reinforcement learning, or MLOps is a big plus.
- A Knack for Explaining: You don't need to be a formal teacher, but you must have a passion for explaining complex ideas in a simple, clear, and engaging way.
- Communication Skills: Fluency in both English and Hindi is required to effectively communicate with our diverse student community.
What We Offer:
- Position: Full-Time
- Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
