Job Summary:
We are seeking a talented and passionate Graphics Designing Trainer to join our dedicated team. At DigiNeev, our mission is to build a strong foundation (Neev) for our students' creative careers. As a trainer, you will be the driving force behind our students' journey, transforming their creative spark into professional design skills.
Responsibilities:
- Lead Inspiring Training Sessions: Conduct dynamic, hands-on training sessions covering the core principles of graphic design, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
- Master the Tools: Teach students to master industry-standard software, including Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and other relevant creative tools.
- Develop Creative Curriculum: Design and update our course content to keep it engaging, current, and aligned with the latest industry trends and demands. You'll create compelling projects and assignments that challenge and grow our students' abilities.
- Mentor and Nurture Talent: Provide personalized guidance and constructive feedback to help students develop their unique design style and build a professional-grade portfolio.
- Evaluate and Encourage Growth: Assess student projects and progress, offering the support and encouragement they need to excel and prepare for a successful career in design.
Skills:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in graphic design. You must have a strong and diverse portfolio that showcases your creative talent.
- Expert-level proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- A strong understanding of design principles, branding, and digital illustration.
- Experience with UI/UX design, motion graphics, or video editing tools is a definite plus.
- A Passion for Teaching: While previous training experience is highly valued, a genuine desire to teach, mentor, and inspire others is essential.
- Communication Skills: You must be fluent in both English and Hindi to connect effectively with all our students.
What We Offer:
- Position: Full-Time
- Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month, based on your experience and skills.
