Job Summary:
We are seeking a forward-thinking and highly skilled Trainer specializing in all facets of modern search optimization. At DigiNeev, our mission is to build the essential foundation (Neev) for our students' digital careers. You will be at the forefront of this mission, teaching everything from classic SEO principles to the cutting-edge tactics of optimizing for AI and Large Language Models (LLMs).
Responsibilities:
- Lead Comprehensive SEO Training: Deliver expert-led, hands-on sessions covering the entire SEO spectrum: on-page, off-page, technical, and keyword research.
- Pioneer the Future of Search Education: Develop and teach our curriculum on emerging fields like LLMSEO (optimizing for AI-generated search results) and AEO (Answer Engine Optimization), preparing students for the next wave of search technology.
- Master Local and Geographic Search (GEO): Train students on powerful local SEO strategies, including Google Business Profile optimization, local citation building, and tactics to dominate location-based search results.
- Focus on Practical Application: Guide students through real-world projects using industry-standard tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and other SEO software.
- Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously update course material to reflect the latest search engine algorithm changes, AI advancements, and industry best practices.
Skills:
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in SEO with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
- Deep expertise in all core areas of SEO, including technical SEO, content strategy, and link building.
- Proficiency with major SEO and analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, etc.).
- A strong, demonstrable understanding of how AI, Large Language Models, and Answer Engines are changing the search landscape.
- A Talent for Teaching: A natural ability to explain complex technical concepts in a simple, engaging, and easy-to-understand manner.
- Communication Skills: Must be fluent and articulate in both English and Hindi to effectively train and mentor our students.
What We Offer:
- Position: Full-Time
- Salary: ₹40,000 - ₹60,000 per month, commensurate with your experience and expertise.
